Perfect fit for my CNC project

Good value, slightly tight bore

Works well for low torque applications. The 3mm bore was a tiny bit tight on my motor shaft, but a little polishing fixed it. Great price for aluminum alloy.

Decent but check your specs

It works, but make sure you measure your shafts carefully. I thought I needed a 4mm but actually needed 3.95mm equivalent. My fault, but the product is fine.

A: Absolutely. It is commonly used to connect stepper motors to lead screws in 3D printers and CNC machines.

Q: Does this coupling come with set screws?

A: Yes, each coupling includes two small set screws for securing the shafts.

Q: Can this handle a 10mm shaft if I re-bore it?

A: No, the outer diameter is only 15mm. Re-boring to 10mm would compromise the structural integrity and torque capacity. Please select a larger model.

Q: What is the maximum angular misalignment this can tolerate?

A: This elastic coupling can typically accommodate up to 2 degrees of angular misalignment and 0.5mm of parallel misalignment.
