Reliable for industrial heating
We use these in our workshop heaters running on alcohol-based fuels. They have held up well over six months of daily use without clogging or leaking. Highly recommended.

Works but instructions could be better
The nozzle itself functions well, but the included documentation was sparse regarding optimal pressure settings for different fuel types. Had to do some trial and error.

Good quality, slight adjustment needed
The build quality is excellent. I had to tweak the pressure slightly to get the perfect spray pattern for methanol, but once set, it runs smoothly. Great value for the price.

Excellent atomization
The spray pattern is incredibly fine, which improves combustion efficiency significantly. The siphon mechanism pulls the secondary fluid perfectly. A solid upgrade from my old plastic nozzle.

Durable and efficient
Using this for an ethylene glycol application in a specialized heater. It handles the viscosity well and hasn't shown any signs of corrosion after three months.

Perfect for my biofuel converter
This nozzle works flawlessly with my vegetable oil setup. The atomization is consistent, and the brass construction feels very durable. Installation was straightforward with standard tools.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with pure biodiesel (B100)?
A: Yes, this brass nozzle is designed to handle vegetable oil-based fuels including B100 biodiesel effectively.
Q: Can I adjust the spray angle on this model?
A: The spray pattern is primarily adjusted by varying the input air and fluid pressure ratios rather than a mechanical dial on the nozzle itself.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature for this unit?
A: The nozzle can safely operate in environments up to 350°F (175°C). Exceeding this may affect the seals over time.
Q: Does this come with a gasket or sealant?
A: The package includes a high-temperature PTFE tape for thread sealing, but specific gaskets for your housing must be purchased separately if needed.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor installations exposed to rain?
A: While the brass is corrosion-resistant, we recommend installing a protective shield or housing if the nozzle will be directly exposed to heavy rain or harsh weather elements.
