Good sensor
Solid performance on the production line. Had to double-check the pinout diagram but once connected, it is stable.
Q: Can I connect multiple sensors to one I2C bus?
A: Yes, but you need to configure different addresses if supported, or use a multiplexer.
Q: What is the power consumption?
A: Typical current consumption is around 20mA during measurement.
Q: Is there a library available for Arduino?
A: Yes, we provide a sample library on our GitHub repository linked in the manual.
Q: Does this work outdoors in sunlight?
A: It works best indoors. Direct sunlight may interfere with measurements beyond 3 meters.
Q: Does it measure through glass?
A: No, laser sensors cannot measure through transparent materials like glass accurately.
