Good sensor overall. The wiring instructions could be clearer for beginners, but once connected, the temperature data is very reliable.

A: Yes, this module is compatible with Raspberry Pi via the UART GPIO pins. Please ensure you configure the serial interface correctly in your OS settings.
Q: What is the default baud rate?
A: The default baud rate is 9600 bps. This can be adjusted via command if your project requires a different communication speed.
Q: Can it log data internally?
A: No, this module outputs real-time data only. You will need a microcontroller or computer connected to record and log the sensor readings.
Q: Is it safe for animal enclosures?
