Good value but needs tuning
The module works well overall. I had to spend some time adjusting the potentiometer to get the sensitivity right for my specific location. Once set, it is stable.

Solid build quality
Does what it says on the tin. The PCB looks well-made. I wish it came with a waterproof enclosure option, but for indoor use, it is perfect.

Works perfectly for garden lights
Installed this for my 24V garden lighting system. It detects dusk accurately and switches the relay without any issues. Very satisfied with the purchase.
Q: Is the PCB waterproof for outdoor installation?
A: The module itself is not waterproof. We recommend installing it inside a weatherproof enclosure if used outdoors.
Q: Can I use this to control an AC light bulb?
A: Yes, you can control AC loads using the relay output terminals (NO/COM), provided the load does not exceed the relay's current rating.
Q: What is the maximum wattage this can handle?
A: At 24V DC, the max load is 240W (10A). For AC loads, please check the relay rating stamped on the component, typically up to 250VAC.
Q: Is there a time delay feature to prevent flickering?
A: This standard model does not have a built-in time delay. It reacts directly to light changes detected by the sensor.
