Perfect for Delta Force and FPS games

Great sound, very comfortable
I wear these for 6+ hours a day while working and gaming. The memory foam cushions are incredibly soft. Only wish the RGB was a bit brighter.

Works flawlessly with PS5

Love the fast charging feature
I forgot to charge it overnight, but a 10-minute charge gave me enough power for a whole tournament session. Amazing product.

A: There is a dedicated mode switch button on the ear cup. Simply toggle it to select your preferred connection type; the LED indicator will confirm the mode.
Q: Is the microphone detachable if I just want to listen to music?
A: Absolutely. The boom mic is fully detachable, allowing you to use the headset as standard stereo headphones for a cleaner look.
Q: Does the software work on macOS?
A: Currently, the RGB customization and EQ software are designed for Windows. On macOS, the headset functions perfectly with default settings via plug-and-play.
Q: Does this headset work with the Xbox Series X?
A: The V9 Turbo+ supports wired connection via 3.5mm jack for Xbox. However, the wireless 2.4GHz dongle is optimized for PC, PS5, and Switch.
