Perfect for my aquarium project
Works exactly as described. Easy to calibrate with the potentiometer. Used it to monitor water levels in my automated plant system.

A: This sensor is designed primarily for conductive liquids like water. For non-conductive liquids like oil, performance may vary.
Q: Is this waterproof or just the probe?
A: The probe is waterproof, but the PCB module itself should be kept dry or housed in an enclosure.
Q: What is the maximum current this module can handle?
A: This is a signal sensor module, not a power relay. It should only be connected to microcontroller GPIO pins.
Q: Can I extend the cable length?
A: Yes, you can extend the cable, but ensure you use shielded wire to prevent signal interference.
Q: Is the output HIGH or LOW when water is detected?
A: The output logic can be adjusted, but typically it goes LOW when water is detected and HIGH when dry.
