Industrial grade quality

Great performance, tricky application
The cooling results are fantastic, but applying the sheet version requires precision to avoid air gaps. The syringe version included in this kit was much easier to work with for my GPU repaste.

Solid choice for enthusiasts
Very close to liquid metal performance without the electrical conductivity risk. It takes a few heat cycles to fully soften and reach peak performance, so don't judge it immediately after installation.

Saved my overheating notebook

Best thermal solution for laptops
I replaced the stock paste on my gaming laptop with this phase change material, and temperatures dropped by 8 degrees Celsius under load. It stays solid at room temperature which makes cleanup incredibly easy compared to traditional pastes.
Q: Can this be used directly on a bare CPU die without a heatsink?
A: No, this thermal interface material must be sandwiched between the CPU/GPU die and a heatsink or cooler to function correctly. It requires pressure and heat to activate the phase change.
Q: Does this need to be reapplied every year?
A: No, one of the main benefits of phase change materials is their longevity. Under normal operating conditions, reapplication is typically not needed for several years.
Q: Is this product electrically conductive?
A: No, Honeywell PTM7950SP is non-electrically conductive, making it safe to use around sensitive motherboard components unlike liquid metal solutions.
Q: How do I apply this if I have an irregularly shaped GPU die?
A: For irregular dies, we recommend using the syringe form factor included in the package. Apply a thin, even layer across the surface rather than using the pre-cut sheets.
Q: What is the difference between PTM7950SP and PTM7958SP?
A: Both are high-performance phase change materials. The 7958SP generally offers slightly higher thermal conductivity and is often preferred for extreme overclocking, while 7950SP is the industry standard for general high-performance computing.
