Mixed bag
Bought a pack of 5. One unit was DOA, but the rest work fine. Customer service was helpful.

Reliable sensor
Used this for a parking sensor project. Accuracy is decent for the price point and consistent.

Good value
Works well for the price. Only giving 4 stars because the pins were slightly loose on one unit.
Q: Is there a library available for this?
A: Yes, many Arduino libraries support HC-SR04 out of the box, including the standard NewPing library.
Q: How many pins does it have?
A: It has 4 pins: VCC, Trigger, Echo, and Ground.
Q: What is the accuracy of the measurement?
A: Typically within 3mm under ideal conditions, though surface material can affect results.
Q: Can I use this with 3.3V logic boards?
A: Yes, but a voltage divider is recommended for the Echo pin to protect 3.3V boards from 5V signals.
Q: Can it work outdoors?
A: It can, but wind and temperature changes may affect accuracy. Best suited for indoor use.
