Great IMU for robotics
Works perfectly with my Arduino project. The I2C communication is stable and the readings are consistent. Highly recommend for balance bots.

Libraries are available online which makes integration easy. Just ensure you select the correct voltage jumper if applicable.

A: The Adafruit LSM6DS3 library is widely used and well-supported for this chip. It is available via the Arduino Library Manager.
Q: How do I enable SPI mode instead of I2C?
A: You need to connect the CS pin properly and address the sensor via SPI commands. Refer to the datasheet for specific register configurations.
Q: Does this require calibration before use?
A: For basic projects, no. However, for precision navigation or tilt sensing, we recommend performing offset calibration in your code.
Q: Are the interrupt pins accessible?
A: Yes, INT1 and INT2 pins are broken out on the header for configuring motion detection interrupts.
