Perfect for Line Follower Robot
Works exactly as described. I used this module for my university project and the line tracking was very smooth. Calibration was easy using the potentiometer.

My Robot Works!
Used this for my school science fair robot car. It was easy to connect to my Arduino Uno. The instructions could be better but overall great product.

Good Value for Money
Works well but needs careful calibration depending on ambient light. Once set up correctly, it tracks lines reliably. Good budget option.

Great Sensitivity
The dual-channel setup allows for better error correction compared to single sensor modules. Very happy with the build quality and response time.

Reliable Sensor
Been using for weeks in a competitive robotics setup. No failures so far. The analog output gives more control than digital-only sensors.
Q: Does this provide digital or analog signals?
A: This module provides analog output signals, allowing you to read varying voltage levels based on surface reflectivity.
Q: Can it detect a black line on a white surface?
A: Yes, that is the primary use case. It detects reflectivity differences, making it ideal for black tape on a white floor.
Q: What is the operating voltage range for this module?
A: The module operates safely between 3.3V and 5V DC. Please ensure your microcontroller logic levels match to avoid damage.
Q: Is this compatible with Arduino Uno?
A: Yes, it is fully compatible with Arduino Uno and most 5V logic microcontrollers. You can connect the analog outputs to any analog input pin.
Q: What is the optimal detection distance?
A: The optimal distance between the sensor and the surface is between 1mm to 5mm for the most accurate readings.
