Fast shipping and well packed
Module arrived quickly and was protected well against static. Integrated it into a custom HVAC controller. No issues so far after two weeks of continuous operation.

Works great for pump protection
Used this module to protect a water pump from drawing too much current. It trips reliably when the load exceeds the set threshold. Easy to wire into my control box.

Reliable protection

Solid build quality
The PCB looks clean and soldering is good. It does get slightly warm under continuous load near the max rating, so ensure some airflow in your enclosure.

Good value but instructions vague
The hardware quality is solid and it functions as advertised. However, the wiring diagram included was a bit small. Had to look up similar modules online to confirm connections.
Q: Does this sensor work with DC current loads?
A: No, this module is designed specifically for AC current detection. Using it with DC loads will not provide accurate readings or protection.
Q: Is the current trip threshold adjustable?
A: Yes, there is a potentiometer on the board that allows you to calibrate the overcurrent trip point within the 0.1A to 5A range.
Q: Is there electrical isolation between the sensor and control side?
A: Yes, the module features optocoupler isolation to protect your low-voltage control circuitry from the high-voltage AC side.
Q: Can I use a 24V power supply for this module?
A: Yes, the module supports 5V, 12V, and 24V DC input voltages. Please ensure you select the correct jumper setting if applicable.
