This burner heats up incredibly fast and maintains a consistent temperature for making Shaobing. The flame failure protection gives me peace of mind during busy morning rushes.

A: No, for safety reasons, if the flame goes out, the gas supply cuts off immediately. You must manually re-ignite the burner using the pulse ignition switch.
Q: Is professional installation required?
A: While the unit is user-friendly, we strongly recommend professional installation by a certified gas technician to ensure safety and compliance with local codes.
Q: How do I clean the burner head after heavy use?
A: Allow the unit to cool completely. Remove the burner head gently and wash with warm soapy water. Use a soft brush to clear any ports, dry thoroughly, and reassemble.
Q: What is the required gas pressure for optimal performance?
A: For Natural Gas, the required pressure is 2.0 kPa, and for LPG, it is 2.8 kPa. Please ensure your regulator is set correctly before installation.
Q: Can this unit be converted from Natural Gas to Propane?
