Solid performer
Does exactly what it says on the tin. The crank mechanism for raising the grill is smooth. My only minor complaint is that the beep from the timer is a bit quiet for a loud kitchen environment.

Efficient and reliable

Perfect for finishing steaks

Best investment for our bakery
While marketed as a salamander, the bottom heat feature makes it versatile enough for small batch baking. We use it for toasties and small pastries. The heat distribution is surprisingly uniform.

Great oven, slight learning curve
Excellent build quality and very sturdy. It took us a few days to dial in the exact temperature settings for our specific baking needs, but once we did, the results were consistent. Highly recommend for busy kitchens.

A: Absolutely. The unit features a high-lumen LED interior light that provides clear visibility of the cooking process, helping to retain heat by minimizing door openings.
Q: Are replacement racks available if the original gets damaged?
A: Yes, we stock spare stainless steel grill racks specifically designed for this Nisi model. You can order them directly through our parts department using the model number.
Q: What is the maximum height the grill rack can be raised?
A: The manual crank system allows the grill rack to be adjusted from 5cm up to 25cm from the bottom heating element, providing ample space for tall dishes.
Q: Can the top and bottom heating elements be operated independently?
A: Yes, the digital control panel allows you to activate the top element, the bottom element, or both simultaneously depending on your cooking requirements.
Q: Does this unit require a hardwired connection or can it be plugged into a standard outlet?
A: Due to the 6.0 kW power requirement, this unit must be hardwired by a qualified electrician to a dedicated circuit. It does not come with a standard plug.
