Great value for the price
I bought this as a travel guitar, but the tone is surprisingly rich. The electronics work well for plugging into an amp. Only minor issue is the strings were a bit stiff initially, but that's normal for new nylon strings.

Solid choice for beginners
Good action height and no buzzing on any of the frets. The built-in tuner is a nice bonus feature. Took off one star because the case wasn't included, but the guitar itself is fantastic.

Perfect starter guitar for my daughter
The solid top really makes a difference in the sound quality compared to other entry-level guitars we looked at. It arrived well-packaged and was easy to set up right out of the box.

Love the acoustic projection
Even without amplification, this guitar projects sound very well in a small room. The 39-inch size is perfect for adults and older teens. Very happy with this purchase from the flagship store.

Exceeded expectations
As a beginner, I wanted something that wouldn't hold me back as I improve. This Supug model feels sturdy, the neck is comfortable, and the intonation is spot on up the fretboard.
Q: Is the neck width suitable for someone with smaller hands?
A: Yes, this is a standard classical guitar neck width (approx. 52mm at the nut), which is designed to be comfortable for various hand sizes, including younger players.
Q: Does this guitar come with a gig bag or hard case?
A: This specific listing includes the guitar only. However, we offer bundled options with a padded gig bag at checkout if you need extra protection.
Q: Can I use steel strings on this guitar?
A: No, please do not use steel strings. This guitar is designed specifically for nylon strings. Using steel strings can damage the bridge and warp the neck due to higher tension.
Q: Is the top wood actually solid or just laminated?
A: As stated in the product title and description, the top is made of genuine Solid Spruce, which improves resonance and tone over time as the wood ages.
Q: What kind of battery does the built-in tuner require?
A: The onboard EQ and tuner system typically uses a standard 9V battery, which is easily replaceable through the compartment on the side of the guitar.
