Sturdy but heavy
The build quality is excellent and feels very secure against strong winds. Just be aware that the panels are heavier than expected, so make sure you have help when lifting them into place.

Perfect for my balcony
This awning transformed my small balcony into a usable space even during light rain. The installation was straightforward with two people, and the bronze tint looks very elegant against my brick wall.

Excellent durability
Had this installed for six months now through winter snow and summer heat. No warping, no fading, and no leaks. The aluminum frame still looks brand new.

Quiet during storms
I was worried about the noise of heavy rain, but the solid PC board is surprisingly quiet. Much better than the tin roof we had before. Highly recommend for villa eaves.

Good value for money
For the price, this is a solid product. The instructions could be slightly clearer regarding the spacing of the brackets, but once figured out, it went together smoothly.

Great sun protection
We installed this over our patio door to stop the afternoon sun from heating up the living room. It works perfectly! The temperature difference is noticeable, and the view remains clear.
Q: Does the package include the sealant needed for the wall connection?
A: The package includes rubber sealing strips that fit between the bracket and the panel. However, you will need to purchase a high-quality exterior silicone caulk separately to seal the screw holes and the top edge against the wall.
Q: What is the maximum width I can cover without adding a middle support bracket?
A: For standard wind conditions, we recommend adding a center support bracket for any span wider than 3 meters to prevent sagging and ensure optimal wind resistance. For shorter spans, the end brackets are sufficient.
Q: Is the polycarbonate board scratch-resistant?
A: The PC endurance board has a co-extruded UV protective layer that offers good resistance to minor abrasions. However, avoid cleaning it with abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals to maintain its clarity and longevity.
Q: Can I cut the panel to size if my window is a non-standard width?
A: Yes, the polycarbonate panel can be cut using a fine-tooth saw or a circular saw with a plastic-cutting blade. Please measure carefully before cutting, as custom cuts cannot be returned. The aluminum frame should not be cut unless you have specific metalworking tools.
Q: Can this awning be installed on a wooden fascia board?
A: Yes, it can be installed on wood, but we strongly recommend using longer lag bolts to ensure the screws penetrate into the structural studs behind the fascia for maximum safety and load-bearing capacity.
