Good but instructions unclear

The scroll is beautiful, but there were no instructions on how to hang it properly. I had to buy separate hooks. Otherwise, the art is nice.

Beautiful but took time to arrive

The artwork itself is gorgeous and the brush strokes are very fluid. Shipping took a bit longer than estimated due to custom mounting, but it was worth the wait.

Q: What are the maximum dimensions available for custom orders?

A: Our standard large size is 200cm in height, but we can accommodate special requests up to 250cm. Please contact us for quotes on extra-large sizes.

Q: Can I request a specific Chinese character or phrase?

A: Yes, we offer full customization. Please message us your desired text after placing your order, and our artist will handwrite it for you.

Q: Does this come with a wooden rod at the bottom?

A: Yes, traditional mounting includes a wooden dowel at the bottom to keep the scroll straight and weighted, along with a hanging cord at the top.

Q: How should I store this if I am not hanging it immediately?

A: Please keep the scroll rolled loosely in its protective tube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the paper from yellowing.

Q: Is the paper prone to tearing easily?

A: We use high-quality Xuan paper which is durable yet absorbent for ink. As long as it is handled with care during unrolling, it is very sturdy.
