Solid components
The pots feel smooth and the pickguard material seems durable. Lost one star because the instruction manual was a bit vague on grounding, but a quick web search solved it.

Perfect upgrade for my project guitar

Smooth installation
Everything lined up perfectly with my standard ST body. The 5-way switch feels solid and the wiring diagram included was clear. No hum issues at all.

Surprisingly good tone
I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the umbrella winding design really reduces noise. The highs are bright without being piercing.

Best budget pickup set
Installed this on my spare Strat and it sounds better than the stock pickups on my main guitar. The hex screws are a nice touch for stability.

Great value, minor fitment tweak needed
The electronics work flawlessly and the pickups have a nice vintage tone. I had to sand down the edges slightly to fit my specific body contour, but otherwise excellent.
Q: Are the pickups active or passive?
A: These are passive single-coil pickups. They do not require a battery to operate.
Q: Does this fit a Squier Affinity Series Stratocaster?
A: Yes, this pickguard is designed to fit standard Stratocaster bodies, including most Squier Affinity models, though minor adjustments may occasionally be needed depending on the specific year of manufacture.
