Bought a set of these for my child's teacher to use in the classroom. She was thrilled! The impression is very clear even on textured paper.
Q: Can I change the text on the stamp after I receive it?
A: No, the rubber die is custom engraved based on your order. If you need a different name, you would need to place a new order for a separate stamp.
Q: How many characters can fit on one line?
A: Depending on the font size selected, you can typically fit up to 20 English characters or 10 Chinese characters on a single line.
Q: Does this come with a refill ink pad?
A: The initial package includes one ink pad. Refill pads are sold separately in our store under 'Stamp Accessories'.
Q: Is the ink safe if it gets on a child's skin?
A: Yes, we use non-toxic, water-based ink that is safe for children. However, it is designed for paper and fabric, not for skin application.
Q: Will this work on dark-colored clothing tags?
A: The standard blue ink may not show up well on dark fabrics. We recommend selecting the white or silver ink option specifically designed for dark materials.
