Good bearing, slight noise
Works well in wet conditions. Noticed a slight hum at high RPMs but acceptable for the price.
Q: Are these suitable for acidic environments?
A: 304 Stainless Steel offers good resistance to mild acids, but for strong chemicals, 316 Stainless Steel is recommended.
Q: What is the grease type used?
A: They come pre-lubricated with standard lithium-based grease suitable for general purposes.
Q: Are these bearings sealed on both sides?
A: Please check the specific model number selected. Models ending in 'Z' are single shielded, while '2Z' are double shielded.
Q: Is the inner diameter standard metric?
A: Yes, all 6200 series bearings follow standard ISO metric dimensions.
Q: Can these handle high temperatures?
A: They are rated for continuous operation up to 120°C. For higher temperatures, please consider ceramic hybrids.
