Good quality, tight fit
The build quality is excellent. The fit was slightly tight on my 10mm shaft initially but loosened up after a few cycles. Very durable plastic.

No lubrication needed
Saved me a lot of maintenance time. I use these in a dusty environment and they handle it well without attracting grit like greased bearings.

Perfect for my CNC axis
These bearings run incredibly smooth on my hardened steel shafts. No noise and no need for oiling. Great upgrade from the metal ones I used before.

Works but pricey
They function as advertised and are smooth, but I found them a bit expensive compared to generic alternatives. You pay for the brand quality.
Q: Are mounting screws included?
A: No, mounting screws are not included. Please refer to the dimension drawings to select the appropriate socket head cap screws for your assembly.
Q: Can it handle outdoor use?
A: Yes, the material is resistant to moisture and many chemicals. However, prolonged exposure to direct UV sunlight should be avoided if possible.
Q: Do I need to grease these bearings?
A: No, these are made from iglidur® J material which is self-lubricating. Adding external lubrication is not required and may attract dust.
Q: Does this work with stainless steel shafts?
A: Yes, these bearings are compatible with hardened and stainless steel shafts. We recommend a shaft hardness of at least 200 HV for best longevity.
Q: What is the clearance tolerance?
A: The standard clearance is typically between 0.05mm and 0.15mm depending on the specific shaft tolerance used. Please refer to the technical datasheet.
