Q: Can these be used outdoors on a wooden deck?

A: While the plates have a rust-resistant coating, they are primarily designed for indoor furniture like bed frames. For outdoor use, we recommend applying an additional sealant to prevent long-term corrosion.

Q: Are the mounting screws included in the package?

A: Yes, the package includes 16 mounting screws suitable for standard wood thicknesses. However, for very hard or thick timber, you may prefer using your own longer screws.

Q: Will this work if the wood board is cracked near the joint?

A: These connectors are designed to join solid pieces of wood. If the wood is cracked or splintered at the joint, the hold may be compromised. We suggest repairing or replacing the damaged wood section before installing the bracket.

Q: Do I need special tools to install these?
