Good for learning

Exceeded expectations for the price

Great tone, minor cosmetic mark
The flute plays beautifully and stays in tune well. There is a small scratch near the bottom hole as described, but it doesn't impact performance at all. The case is sturdy and protects it well during travel.

Highly recommended for novices
I've tried other cheap flutes that sounded tinny, but this one has a rich, mellow tone. The tutorial link was a lifesaver for figuring out finger placement. Very happy with this purchase.
