Solid choice for zero-basis learners

I had no prior experience with wind instruments. This flute made the learning curve much easier. The finger holes are well-spaced, and the air resistance is manageable for a beginner. Took off one star only because the instruction leaflet was very brief, but online videos helped.

Beautiful traditional aesthetic

Perfect first flute for my daughter

Great value, minor adjustment needed

Overall a fantastic flute for the price. The tone is warm and traditional. I had to adjust the cork slightly upon arrival to get the octaves perfectly aligned, but once set, it plays beautifully. The included cleaning rod is very handy.

Excellent pitch and craftsmanship

I bought the F key version for myself as an adult beginner. I was worried about intonation issues common with cheap flutes, but this one is spot on. The bitter bamboo feels sturdy and has a beautiful natural grain. Highly recommended for students.
