Excellent craftsmanship

No more tearing membranes!
As someone who struggled with traditional Dizi films, this is a relief. The tone is surprisingly close to a membranous flute but much more consistent in different weather conditions.

Professional quality at a great price
I am an intermediate player and use this for practice. The intonation is accurate across both octaves. The E key version has a particularly bright and piercing sound that cuts through well.

Great tone, very authentic look
The ancient style design is stunning. It plays wonderfully in the lower register. Took off one star only because the case could be slightly more padded, but the flute itself is perfect.

A: The main difference is the pitch and size. The C key flute is larger and produces a deeper, mellower tone, while the E key is smaller with a brighter, higher pitch. Beginners often start with C or D, but E is also popular for its versatility.

A: No, this is a membrane-free model specifically designed to eliminate the need for Dizi film (membrane paper). You can play it immediately without any additional accessories.
