Great value for bulk buying
Bought these for our office supply closet. They are reliable and comfortable to hold for long periods. One pen had a slightly stiff clicker, but the rest were perfect.
Q: Is the clip strong enough to hold onto thick notebooks?
A: Absolutely. The metal pocket clip is designed with tension to securely attach to pockets, clipboard edges, and thick notebook covers.
Q: Are the refills replaceable when the ink runs out?
A: Yes, these pens use standard international size refills which are widely available at most office supply stores.
Q: Does the black ink have a glossy or matte finish?
A: The black ink has a semi-gloss finish that appears deep and rich on white paper without being overly shiny.
Q: Can I purchase just the red ink refills separately?
A: Currently, we sell the pens as a complete unit. However, since they use standard refills, you can purchase compatible red refills from third-party manufacturers.
Q: What is the shelf life of the ink if the pen is left uncapped?
A: Since these are retractable push-action pens, there is no cap to leave off. The tip retracts fully to prevent drying, keeping the ink fresh for years.
