Great product, minor cable issue
The motor itself is fantastic and very smooth. I wish the power cable was a bit longer to reach the outlet more easily, but an extension cord solved that quickly.

A lifesaver for new parents!

Silent operation is no joke

Quiet and effective
Very quiet operation which was my main concern. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the instruction manual could be slightly clearer on the bracket alignment.
