Great project but takes time
This is a fantastic model, but be prepared to spend several weekends on it. The instructions are clear, though some of the smaller furniture pieces require a steady hand. Well worth the effort.

Beautiful but fragile parts
The final result is gorgeous. However, some of the window frames were a bit delicate and broke during assembly. I managed to glue them back, but extra care is needed with the smaller components.

Absolutely Stunning Detail
The laser cutting on this kit is incredibly precise. Every piece fit together perfectly without needing much sanding. The vintage attic design is charming and looks beautiful on my shelf once completed.

Perfect Gift for DIY Lovers
Bought this as a birthday gift for my sister who loves architecture. She was thrilled! The wood quality is excellent, and the included LED lights add a magical touch to the finished villa.
Q: Can I paint the house if I want to change the color?
A: Absolutely! While the natural wood finish is beautiful, the birch plywood accepts acrylic paints very well. We suggest applying a primer first for the best results.
Q: Does this kit come with glue, or do I need to buy it separately?
A: Yes, the kit includes a small bottle of wood glue sufficient for the entire assembly. However, having a spare bottle on hand is always a good idea for larger projects.
Q: Are the batteries for the LED light kit included?
A: The LED light kit and wiring are included, but the batteries are not provided due to shipping regulations. You will need to purchase two AAA batteries separately.
Q: Is this suitable for a 10-year-old child?
A: We recommend this kit for ages 14 and up. It contains many small parts and requires patience and fine motor skills that might be challenging for younger children without significant adult assistance.
