Survived the winter!
I was worried about the cold resistance claim, but these peonies survived a harsh winter in my courtyard without any protection. Highly recommend for colder climates.

Great quality, patience needed
Very healthy plants with strong buds. Just remember these are perennials, so while they are robust, you have to wait for the specific blooming season despite the marketing wording.

Beautiful but heavy pots
The plants are gorgeous and very fragrant. The only downside is that the nursery pots are quite heavy due to the large root systems, making them hard to move around on the balcony.

Exceeded expectations
Fast shipping and excellent packaging. The buds opened within a week of planting, revealing massive double flowers. A true centerpiece for my garden.
Q: How large will the root block grow after one year?
A: With proper care, the root block can double in size within the first year. We recommend repotting into a larger container or planting in the ground after the first season to allow for maximum growth.
Q: Is the fragrance strong enough to act as a natural air freshener?
A: Yes, many customers use these specifically for their strong, sweet floral scent which naturally freshens up patios and balconies during the blooming season.
Q: Does this plant really bloom year-round?
A: Peonies are seasonal perennials that typically bloom in late spring to early summer. While the foliage remains attractive, the flowers appear during their specific season. The 'year-round' description refers to the plant's perennial nature and evergreen potential in mild climates, not continuous flowering.
Q: What should I do if the leaves turn yellow in winter?
A: Yellowing leaves in late autumn or winter are normal for peonies as they go dormant. You can trim back the dead foliage in late winter before new growth emerges in the spring.
Q: Can I keep this strictly indoors on a windowsill?
A: While they can be kept in large pots indoors near a sunny window, peonies generally thrive best with outdoor conditions including cooler night temperatures and good air circulation. They are ideal for balconies or courtyards.
