Good, but packaging could be better

The product itself seems to work fine for reducing stale air. However, one of the packets in my box was slightly leaking upon arrival. The functionality wasn't affected, but better sealing would be nice.

Effective but takes time

Works well for general stuffiness in the bathroom. It didn't work instantly like a spray, but after leaving it out for a week, the room feels much fresher. The gel dries out slowly as advertised.

A: At normal usage levels in a ventilated room, it should not harm household plants. However, we recommend avoiding placing the packet directly next to sensitive plants or in enclosed terrariums where gas concentration could build up excessively.

Q: How do I activate the gel powder?

A: The product comes pre-activated in a sealed pouch. Simply tear open the outer packaging and place the inner gel packet on a flat surface or hang it using the provided hook. Do not add water or mix with other substances.

Q: What indicates that the product is no longer working?

A: Over time, the gel will lose moisture and shrink significantly, eventually turning into a hard, dry residue. Once the gel has completely dried out and shrunk to less than half its original size, it is time to replace it.

Q: Is this safe to use in a room with infants?

A: Yes, when used according to the instructions. The product releases chlorine dioxide at very low, safe concentrations intended for air purification. However, please ensure the packet is placed out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or direct contact with the gel.

Q: Does this remove cigarette smoke odor?

A: Yes, the slow-release chlorine dioxide is effective at breaking down organic compounds found in smoke, helping to neutralize the odor rather than just covering it up. For heavy smoke damage, multiple units may be required.
