Warmth and clarity combined

Stunning craftsmanship, slightly heavy

The build quality is flawless, typical of Yamaha's Japanese line. The ebony fretboard feels smooth and fast. My only minor complaint is that the all-solid body makes it a bit heavier than expected for long standing sessions.

Great guitar, case sold separately

The guitar itself is a 5-star masterpiece with amazing projection and balance. I deducted one star only because a hard case suitable for this level of instrument is not included and must be purchased separately.

Exceeded my expectations
