Great value for money
For the price, you really can't beat it. It does exactly what it says. The foam padding on the footrest is comfortable, and the bands are durable. Took off one star because the instructions were a bit vague.

Sturdy but needs clean floors
Great build quality and feels very stable once attached. Just make sure your floor is spotless before sticking it down, otherwise, it might slip slightly. Overall, a solid purchase for core training.

Good concept, tricky on some surfaces
Works amazing on my kitchen tile, but wouldn't stick at all to my textured gym mats. Make sure you have a smooth surface. The device itself is comfortable to use.

Perfect for home workouts!
