Non-slip surface works well

Good size for targeted exercises
It's not a full-body yoga mat, which is exactly what I wanted for just kneeling or plank supports. It fits perfectly under my forearms and knees without taking up too much room.

Great quality, slight odor initially
The foam density is excellent and doesn't bottom out under pressure. There was a slight rubber smell when I first opened it, but it went away after leaving it out for a day. Highly recommend for home workouts.

Excellent shock absorption
