Best purchase for home gym

Excellent sound insulation

Perfect thickness for home workouts

Good grip, slightly heavy
The grip on this mat is superior to my old yoga towel. It doesn't bunch up or slide around. The only minor downside is that it's a bit heavier than expected, but that also contributes to its stability.
