Perfect size for home workouts
This mat is significantly larger than my old yoga mat, which makes doing push-ups and crunches much more comfortable. The extra width gives me plenty of room to move without hitting the floor.

Finally a mat big enough for tall guys

The 15mm thickness provides excellent support for my knees during floor exercises. I love that it folds up neatly into the corner of my garage instead of rolling around.
