Excellent customer support and product

Restored our balancer to full function
We have an Aegis 966A that was down due to a faulty switch panel. This unit plugged right in and calibrated immediately. No more erratic spinning or error codes. Great product.

Works as described
Exact replacement for the Unitex 800 model. The wind speed control is smooth now. Instructions could be slightly more detailed, but if you know your way around a balancer, it's easy.
Q: What should I do if the wind speed indicator lights don't turn on after installation?
A: Please check the main fuse on the balancer and ensure the ribbon cable is seated firmly in the socket. If the issue persists, contact our technical support for wiring diagram assistance.
Q: Is there a calibration process required after swapping the panel?
