Excellent for marine environments
I replaced some steel washers on my boat with these copper ones to avoid rust. They have held up beautifully against salt water exposure so far.

Good quality, fast shipping
The material feels solid and genuine bronze. I used them for a plumbing repair where non-magnetic properties were required. One star off because the packaging was a bit crushed, but the washers were fine.

Perfect fit for my electronics project
These copper washers are exactly what I needed for grounding connections. The M4 size fits perfectly, and the spring tension is just right to prevent loosening.

Great variety of sizes
Buying the mixed pack was a smart move. Having M3 through M12 on hand saves me trips to the hardware store. The GB93 standard ensures they work with my metric bolts.

Exactly as described
No complaints here. They look professional and function well for locking nuts in place on my vintage radio restoration project.

Solid lock washers
They provide good tension and seem durable. The copper color is nice too. Just make sure you torque them correctly as copper is softer than steel.
Q: Can these withstand high temperatures?
A: Copper maintains its properties well up to moderate temperatures. For applications exceeding 200°C continuously, we recommend consulting an engineer as the spring temper may relax over time.
Q: Do you sell these in bulk quantities for industrial use?
A: Yes, we offer bulk pricing for orders over 50 packs. Please contact our sales team directly through the 'Contact Seller' button for a custom quote.
Q: What is the thickness of the M6 washer?
A: According to the GB93 standard, the nominal thickness for an M6 spring washer is approximately 1.6mm, though slight variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
Q: Is the material pure copper or an alloy?
A: These washers are made from a copper-bronze alloy to enhance strength and spring characteristics while maintaining high conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Q: Are these washers suitable for use with stainless steel bolts?
A: Yes, these copper spring washers can be used with stainless steel bolts. However, please be aware that galvanic corrosion may occur over time if exposed to electrolytes like water without proper isolation.
