Authentic craftsmanship
You can tell this is hand-made. The wood grain on the camphor body is stunning. We use it at our temple for ceremonies and it commands respect.

Excellent for Dragon Boat practice

Good value for the size
Compared to local music stores, this is a great deal. The tuning ropes allow you to adjust the pitch slightly. Just needs a little breaking in before the sound opens up fully.

Great drum, heavy shipping
The drum itself is beautiful and sounds amazing. It took a while to arrive due to the weight, but it was well-packaged. Perfect for our school music program.
Q: Does this come with a stand or just the shoulder strap?
A: This package includes the drum, two wooden drumsticks, and a adjustable shoulder strap. A floor stand is sold separately if you prefer not to wear the drum.
Q: Is this suitable for children in a school setting?
A: Yes, many schools use this model. However, due to its size and weight (8.5 kg), it is best suited for older students or adults. Smaller children may need assistance holding it.
Q: Can this drum be used outdoors in rainy weather?
A: While the lacquer finish offers some protection, we recommend keeping the drum dry. Prolonged exposure to rain can damage the cowhide head. Please store indoors when not in use.
