Excellent for ceremonial use

Great quality, slightly heavy
The craftsmanship is excellent and the red finish is beautiful. They are a bit heavier than standard sticks, which takes some getting used to, but perfect for the deep sound of flat drums.

Good but paint chips easily
The sticks themselves are solid oak and play well, but the red paint started chipping off near the tip after a few outdoor performances. Still functional, just less pretty.
