Beautiful finish and tone
I purchased the 15-inch model for myself as an adult beginner. The antiqued varnish looks stunning, and the tone is rich without being too bright. Highly recommend for practice and small performances.

Solid choice for students
My son has been using the 13-inch for six months now. It holds its tune well and has survived a few bumps at orchestra practice. The only minor issue is that the shoulder rest clip felt a bit loose initially.

Perfect starter instrument for my daughter

Wonderful resonance

Exceeded expectations
I was skeptical about buying a handmade viola online, but this one arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The included bow is decent, and the tuners on the tailpiece make tuning very easy for kids.

Great value, needs professional setup
The craftsmanship is impressive for the price. However, like most instruments in this range, the bridge needed to be fitted by a luthier before it played easily. Once set up, it sounds fantastic.
Q: Is the case hard or soft?
A: It comes with a lightweight hard-shell case made of durable composite material. It features a plush interior, backpack straps, and a compartment for the bow and rosin.
Q: Does this viola come ready to play out of the box?
A: The viola arrives with strings installed, but the bridge is unfitted to prevent damage during shipping. We strongly recommend having a local luthier fit the bridge and adjust the soundpost for optimal playability.
Q: Are the pegs geared or traditional friction pegs?
A: This model features traditional wooden boxwood pegs. However, the tailpiece includes four built-in fine tuners to make small pitch adjustments easier, which is ideal for beginners.
Q: What is the return policy if the size is wrong?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition. If the size is incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we can assist with an exchange for the correct size.
Q: How do I determine the correct size for my child?
A: Size is determined by arm length. Generally, measure from the neck to the middle of the palm with the arm extended. We provide a detailed sizing chart in the product images to help you choose between 11 and 16 inches.
