Exceeded expectations
I bought this to replace an older analog amp. The digital efficiency means it runs much cooler, and the sound clarity is a significant upgrade. Great purchase for public address needs.

Solid build quality
The chassis feels very sturdy and rack-mountable. Sound quality is excellent for the price point. The only minor issue is that the front panel LEDs are quite bright in a dark room.

Great value for small venues
We use this in our small coffee shop for background music and occasional announcements. It handles the load well. I deducted one star because the manual could be more detailed regarding gain staging.

A: Yes, the unit features an intelligent overload protection system that acts as a limiter to safeguard connected speakers from clipping and excessive power.
Q: Can this amplifier be bridged to mono mode for a subwoofer?
A: No, the Thinuna DA-300 is designed specifically for dual-channel stereo or parallel operation and does not support bridge-mono mode.
Q: Is the cooling fan noisy during continuous operation?
A: The fan is temperature-controlled and variable speed. Under normal operating conditions, it remains very quiet; it only increases speed if the internal temperature rises significantly.
Q: Can I use this with 8-ohm speakers?
A: Absolutely. The DA-300 is compatible with 4-ohm and 8-ohm loads. Please note the output power will be lower when driving 8-ohm speakers compared to 4-ohm ones.
