Excellent zone management
I manage audio for a hotel, and this unit allows us to play lobby music in the reception while keeping the conference rooms quiet or playing separate presentations. The 16 channels give us plenty of room to expand.

Great sound quality, steep learning curve
The audio clarity is excellent for background music in our retail store. However, configuring the matrix routing took some time to master. Once set up, it runs flawlessly. The manual could be more detailed regarding the IP configuration.

Solid build, good value
For the price point, this is a robust piece of equipment. The rack mount fits standard cabinets easily. I deducted one star because the fan can be slightly noisy in a quiet office environment, but it's negligible in a mechanical room.

Perfect for our university campus

Reliable for large venues
Using this in a convention center with multiple halls. The constant voltage output ensures consistent volume levels even over long cable runs. The emergency input override works perfectly during fire drills.
Q: Does the emergency input override all other audio sources?
A: Yes, the dedicated emergency input has the highest priority. When a signal is detected on this input, it automatically mutes all other background music and microphone inputs to broadcast the emergency message across selected or all zones.
Q: How do I configure the matrix routing?
A: You can configure the routing using the included Windows-based control software. Simply connect the amplifier to your LAN, open the software, and use the grid interface to cross-point any input source to any of the 16 output zones.
Q: What happens if one zone speaker shorts out?
A: The amplifier has built-in short-circuit protection. If a short occurs in one zone, that specific channel will shut down to protect the unit, while the other 15 zones will continue to operate normally.
Q: Is this compatible with 70V speakers from other brands?
A: Absolutely. As long as your speakers are rated for 70V or 100V constant voltage lines, they will work with this amplifier regardless of the brand.
Q: Can I control individual zone volumes remotely via a smartphone?
A: Yes, the amplifier supports TCP/IP network control. You can use our dedicated PC software or integrate it with third-party control systems that support RS-232 or IP commands to adjust volumes remotely.
