Great emergency features
The dedicated emergency button gives us peace of mind. It triggers the alert system instantly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the manual could be more detailed regarding advanced zoning settings.

Easy PoE setup
Being able to power this via Ethernet saved us a lot of time on installation. No need to run separate power cables. The audio monitoring speaker is loud enough to hear clearly before broadcasting.

Good value for venue audio
Works exactly as described for our university campus. The latency is negligible. I wish the LCD screen was slightly larger, but overall it is a fantastic piece of equipment for the price.

Robust build quality
This unit feels very solid. The metal base prevents it from sliding around on the desk, and the buttons have a nice tactile feel. Highly recommended for high-traffic administrative areas.

A: For optimal performance and stable PoE power delivery, we recommend adhering to the standard Ethernet cable limit of 100 meters (328 feet) using Cat5e or Cat6 cabling.
Q: Is there a way to mute the local monitoring speaker while broadcasting?
A: Yes, the YA813 features an automatic anti-howling design that mutes the local monitoring speaker when the microphone is active to prevent feedback loops. This can also be manually adjusted in the settings menu.
Q: Can multiple users access this microphone simultaneously?
A: Typically, the device allows one active broadcast session at a time to prevent audio conflicts. However, priority levels can be configured on the server side to allow authorized personnel to override ongoing broadcasts.
