Perfect for apartment workouts!

Excellent rebound
The bounce is responsive without being too harsh on the joints. I use it daily for lymphatic drainage exercises and feel great.
Q: Does it make any squeaking sounds over time?
A: Our silent bungee system eliminates metal-on-metal contact, so squeaking is virtually nonexistent even after months of use.
Q: Can this be used on carpet without sliding?
