Great value for beginners
As a college student joining the track team, I needed affordable spikes. These fit well and are comfortable right out of the box. The only reason for 4 stars is that the laces are a bit thin.

Lightweight and fast
The ultra-light design really makes a difference in the final meters of a 200m dash. The spike plate is rigid enough for power transfer but not uncomfortable for walking to the starting line.

Excellent grip for triple jump
I use these primarily for triple jump training. The six-spike configuration provides excellent stability during the hop and step phases. Very satisfied with the durability so far.

Perfect for my son's PE exam
Bought these for my son's high school entrance physical exam. He said they felt incredibly light and gave him great traction on the synthetic track. His sprint time improved noticeably.
Q: What is the return policy if the spikes don't fit my child's foot shape?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items. As long as the shoes have not been used on a track surface, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
Q: Do these shoes come with the metal spikes installed?
A: Yes, the shoes come with standard 6mm metal spikes pre-installed. We also include a spare set and a wrench in the box.
Q: Can these be used for long-distance running like the 800m?
A: These are optimized for sprints and jumps (100m-400m). For events 800m and above, we recommend our middle-distance spike model which offers more cushioning.
Q: How do I determine the right size if I have wide feet?
A: Our shoes run true to standard US sizing. If you have wide feet, we suggest ordering half a size up for a more comfortable fit without compromising performance.
Q: Are these suitable for wet track conditions?
A: While they offer good traction, we recommend using longer spikes (sold separately) for very wet or muddy conditions to ensure maximum safety and grip.
