Lightweight and fast
These shoes feel like an extension of your feet. Very minimal weight which helps in the final meters of a sprint. The lacing system keeps the foot locked in securely.

Great value for competitive pricing
As a college sprinter on a budget, these are a fantastic alternative to more expensive brands. They are lightweight and the plate feels responsive. Took one star off because they need a bit of breaking in.
Q: Do these come with the actual metal spikes installed?
A: Yes, the shoes come with a set of standard 7mm metal spikes pre-installed. We also include a spare set and a wrench key in the box.
Q: Can these be used for distance running like the 800m?
A: These are optimized for sprints (100m-400m) and field events like long jump due to the stiff 7-spike plate. For 800m or longer, a shoe with more cushioning and a different spike pattern would be more comfortable.
Q: What is the return policy if the spikes don't fit?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Please note that once the metal spikes are screwed into the sole and used on a track, the item cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Q: How do I determine the right size if I have wide feet?
A: Lining track spikes tend to run slightly narrow for a performance fit. If you have wide feet, we suggest ordering half a size up from your regular running shoe size for comfort.
Q: Are these suitable for wet track conditions?
A: While they perform well in light moisture, we recommend using longer spikes (9mm or 12mm) for very wet or muddy tracks to ensure maximum grip. The shoe itself is water-resistant but not waterproof.
