Solid security upgrade
Replaced our old half-height barriers with these. The full height design prevents climbing effectively. The rotation is smooth and quiet. Would recommend adding clearer signage for first-time users.

Great durability, setup took time
The gate itself is extremely sturdy and weather-resistant. Installation required some technical expertise to integrate with our existing ticketing software, but once running, it has been flawless. Deducting one star only for the complex initial config.

Robust solution for our sports complex

Perfect for outdoor courts
We were worried about rust since our courts are partially outdoors, but the 304 stainless steel holds up great against humidity and rain. Very satisfied with the purchase.
Q: What happens if there is a power outage?
A: In the event of a power failure, the rotor locks in place by default for security. An optional UPS battery backup can be added to allow controlled passage during outages.
Q: Can this system integrate with standard RFID cards?
A: Yes, this turnstile supports integration with most standard RFID card readers, barcode scanners, and ticket validation systems via dry contact or TCP/IP protocols.
Q: Does the counting system provide real-time data?
A: The system records entry and exit times accurately. Real-time monitoring depends on the specific software interface you connect it to, but the hardware logs all passage data instantly.
Q: Can the passage width be adjusted for wheelchair access?
A: This specific model is a standard single lane (650mm). For full wheelchair accessibility, we recommend our dedicated wide-lane full height models which offer up to 900mm clearance.
