Easy configuration

Configuring the Modbus address was straightforward. We needed to change the baud rate to match our legacy system, and the dip switches made it very easy to do without special software.

Robust build quality

This thing is built like a tank. We have it in a semi-outdoor loading dock area, and the IP65 rating is holding up well against dust and occasional moisture. The wall mount is sturdy and easy to install.

Good sensor, slow shipping

The product itself works great and measures humidity very responsively. However, the shipping took longer than expected. Once installed, though, it has been running without issues for two months.

Accurate but manual could be better

The sensor accuracy is impressive compared to our old units. It matches our calibrated reference meter almost perfectly. The only downside is the user manual is a bit sparse on wiring diagrams for daisy-chaining multiple devices.
