Perfect for architectural sketches
These pens provide incredibly consistent line weight. I use them daily for my architecture studio work, and the ink flow is smooth without any skipping. The refillable feature is a huge plus for sustainability.

Great quality, case could be better
The pens themselves are fantastic. They write smoothly and the lines are crisp. My only minor complaint is that the plastic storage case feels a bit flimsy, but it does the job of keeping them organized.

Manga artist essential
I have tried many brands, but Sakura remains my favorite for inking manga panels. The 0.05mm tip is fine enough for detailed hair strands, and the ink is truly waterproof when using markers over it.

Smooth and reliable

Best investment for line art
The variety of tip sizes in this special set covers everything I need. The ink dries quickly and doesn't smear under my hand. Being able to refill them saves money in the long run.

Solid performance
Very happy with the purchase. The lines are dark and precise. I deducted one star only because the 0.05mm tip requires a very light hand to avoid wear, but overall excellent value.
Q: How do I refill the pens?
A: To refill, simply unscrew the barrel from the grip section, remove the empty cartridge, insert a new Sakura ink cartridge, and screw the barrel back on tightly.
Q: Do the tips hold up well under heavy pressure?
A: While the tips are durable, we recommend using light to medium pressure for the finest tips (0.05mm-0.2mm) to prevent bending. Heavier tips can withstand slightly more pressure.
Q: Is the ink safe for use on watercolor paper?
A: Yes, the ink is waterproof and fade-resistant, making it perfectly safe and ideal for use on watercolor paper before applying washes.
Q: Are these pens compatible with other brand refills?
A: These pens are designed specifically for Sakura brand refills to ensure optimal ink flow and performance. Using third-party refills may cause leaking or clogging.
