Consistent flow
Unlike other brands where the ink skips, these Marie's pens start immediately every time. The ergonomic grip makes long drawing sessions comfortable.

Perfect for architectural sketches
These pens are incredibly precise. The 0.1mm and 0.3mm tips are my favorites for detailing floor plans. The ink flows smoothly without bleeding through my sketchbook paper.

Truly waterproof
Tested these with a wet brush and the lines did not smudge at all. Essential for anyone mixing media. The variety of sizes means I rarely need to switch pen brands anymore.

I use these daily for inking my comic strips. The ultra-fine tips allow for beautiful line weight variation, and the black is deep and opaque. Highly recommended for illustrators.

Great value set
For the price, you get a fantastic range of sizes. The waterproof claim holds up well when I use watercolors over the ink. Only minor issue is the cap on the 1.2mm pen feels slightly loose.
Q: Are these pens refillable?
A: No, these fine liner pens are designed as disposable units once the ink is depleted to ensure consistent line quality.
Q: Can I use these on glossy photo paper?
A: While they can write on glossy surfaces, the drying time may be significantly longer, and there is a risk of smudging. We recommend testing on a scrap piece first.
Q: Do the caps fit tightly enough to prevent drying out in a hot car?
A: The caps have a secure click-fit design. However, we do not recommend storing any art supplies in extreme temperatures like a hot car, as this can affect ink viscosity and pen performance.
Q: Is the ink archival quality?
A: Yes, the pigment-based ink is acid-free and lightfast, making it suitable for archival artwork and documents.
Q: What is the shelf life of the ink if left uncapped?
A: We strongly advise capping the pens immediately after use. If left uncapped for more than a few minutes, the tip may dry out and become difficult to restart.
